What we do
Most jobs are one of these four. Slow water is a partial blockage; water coming back up is a full one. A drain that blocks two or three times a year is neither — something in the pipe is catching debris, and only a camera will show what.

Any hour, and our engineer answers — the same person who turns up. A couple of questions about what is slow and what is backing up is usually enough to know what the job is.

Rodding or jetting shifts almost anything, same day in most cases. If it turns out to be a different job, you get a new price and the choice before any more work happens.
