Meet Tom
Flowsmart Drainage is Tom. Twenty years working in the drainage industry, born and raised in Cheadle, and still working the same streets he grew up on.
Twenty years is long enough to have seen most of what the drains around here do, and long enough to know when a drain does not actually need the work somebody has quoted for. That is usually the most useful thing a customer hears all week.
He genuinely likes this job. There is a satisfaction in turning up to a house where nothing is draining, leaving it running properly, and explaining what went wrong in plain English so the person paying is not left guessing.
The same person, start to finish

Day to day that means:
- Blocked drains — rodding, jetting and blocked toilets, usually same day.
- CCTV drain surveys — camera footage and a report you can actually use, including for a house purchase.
- Drain repairs and lining — fixing the pipe through the existing access wherever it can be done without digging.
- Commercial and planned maintenance — for kitchens, agents and sites that would rather not have emergencies.
